Hey everyone, is anyone else excited that today is Wednesday? Tomorrow is Matthew’s last day of work for the week. Well at his day job. What has happened since I posted yesterday? There was the blood moon. Did you guys catch it?I was really tiired and ended up falling asleep a bit earlier than normal. I feel asleep listening to American Dad, Matthew was watching it on his phone in bed. I have to admit I haven’t ever really given shows like that a chance, but lately I have really started to like them. Idk I’m weird like that. Sometimes it takes me a while to get on bandwagons. How about we move on, cause the clip I saw this morning from Ellen is way more exciting.

Ok, its out there. They can’t take it back now. 🙂

Are you as excited as I am for a 4th movie?

Ready for some more….

I have loved the movies, and I don’t think they could have chosen a better person for the role. Robert Downey Jr. IS Tony Stark.

How many of you fangirled during the first movie when he said

Tweet Tweet

If you are a Potter fan chances are you have heard of J.K Rowlings recent tweet of an anagram

“Cry, foe! Run amok! Fa awry! My wand won’t tolerate this nonsense.”

Well reddit users took up the challenge of deciphering it and this is what they came up with.

“Harry returns! Won’t say any details now. A week off. No comment.”

How exciting! Except, they were incorrect. J.K Rowling once again took to twitter to clear it up.

“Newt Scamander only meant to stay in New York for a few hours…”

Turns out it is the first line of the synopsis from her upcoming book,

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.”

“Set 70 years before the events of the “Harry Potter” tales, “Fantastic Beasts” is the first movie in a planned trilogy about the adventures of Hufflepuff hero Newt Scamander. The character — a magizoologist (one who studies magical creatures, of course) — first appeared as the fictional author of a 42-page textbook of sorts from which the new trilogy takes its name. The book was originally published in 2001.” LATimes

As much as I would love another Harry book and movie, I am very excited about a new adventure with Ms. Rowling.

Do you think it will fulfill  your Harry Potter void?

Destiny (Honest Trailer)

World’s Most Expensive Burger

Available for $1770. Wow, I love burgers and bacon but I am not sure I would be comfortable paying that much for one. What about you? Maybe its one of those once in a lifetime things. What do you think internet you funded a potato salad, would you be up for funding me trying this burger. 😉

Iron Man

Tom Cruise was almost Iron Man.  He turned it down because he wasn’t pleased with the script. (At one point Quentin Tarantino was interested in directing.) Still, Tom Cruise would’ve made a better Iron Man than Nicolas Cage, who expressed interest in the part as early as 1997. Just think about ‘Ghost Rider’ and pretty much every other Cage role from the past decade for a second, and you’ll see what we mean.

Wow, I am so glad things worked out the way they did, otherwise I might not have watched them.

J.K Rowling

Twelve publishing houses rejected her original Harry Potter manuscripts, but eventually small publisher Bloomsbury gave her a chance with a small advance. Telegraph

Maybe that will put things into perspective for the rest of us. I think one of the reasons I have a hard time finishing my book is fear. I am so afraid I am going to finally finish it and get turned down. Would you read it? If I ever get back to writing it I will have to post an excerpt.

ironmanshotglassIron Man Mini Glass.

Nice 2 things Matt wants, Iron Man stuff and “mini glasses”

bookmarkIf you haven’t figured it out yet, I am a book nerd. So this is awesome to me.
